Amelia is a Certified Athletic Trainer with over 5 years of experience managing musculoskeletal injuries. She was born and raised in the suburbs of Seattle and received her Bachelor of Exercise Science and Master of Athletic Training at Saint Louis University. She has worked with various athletes from high school to professional soccer and did her clinical internship at West Point. She loves to talk about mental health, suicide prevention, and cultural competence. In her free time she likes to bake and travel, especially overseas.
Joe has been a board certified athletic trainer since July 2010. Joe is in his 4th year as an injury prevention specialist at the Tesla Seats factory in Fremont, CA. Luat, a California native, received his Master of Science degree in Athletic Training at California Baptist University in 2010. Prior to the industrial setting, Luat served as an athletic trainer in the Atlanta Braves and San Francisco Giants baseball organizations. When Joe isn’t working, he loves playing music including bass guitar, guitar, and ukulele. A Christian, Luat also loves fishing, table tennis, cooking and following the Las Vegas Raiders and Golden State Warriors.
Rich has been an Athletic Trainer for over 10 years and has been onsite with Tesla for almost 4 years. Rich has had the opportunity to work with the father of plyometrics Don Chu, 2 seasons for D1 Basketball for CSULB and a whole summer with the Oakland A’s. He enjoys cooking at home and all the nerdy stuff that goes with it, drinking whiskey, watching SNL and playing Destiny with friends from Highschool.
Sydney Lopez is Certified Athletic trainer with 2 years of experience managing musculoskeletal injuries. She is originally from Miami, Florida and earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has worked in the professional athletic setting as an intern for the New York Giants and the collegiate setting where she earned her Masters of Science in Human Physiology from the University of Oregon. While earning her M.S., she worked as a physician extender in the student health center and an athletic trainer for the Women’s Soccer and Women’s Lacrosse teams. In her free time, she enjoys hunting for sea glass at the beach and cuddling with her cats.
