The PREPARED Industrial Athlete Train The Trainer program is a training process that engages employees with the understanding that they are an “Industrial Athlete” and need to think of their bodies as an athlete would. The process of PREPARED is a daily start to finish checklist that integrates ergonomic coaching, proper physical preparation, and general risk mitigation methods to ensure daily success.

Each month follow along and review an aspect of PREPARED. The PREPARED Leader can use these to review or teach a topic OR allow someone else to lead the topic. Each “Talking Point” contains a question to engage the audience and 3 main bulleted lessons to go over. A total of 12 months of lessons can be found here.
