Meet Nick, your Work Right Injury Prevention Specialist!
Meet Ben, your Work Right Injury Prevention Specialist!

Ben holds a Bachelor’s in Athletic Training from the University of Northern Iowa and a Master’s in Human Movement from AT Still University. He’s worked in the industrial setting since 2021, but also has experience working as a high school athletic trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and DME specialist since 2007. He’s been with Work Right since May 2025.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys time with his family, camping, fishing, golfing, and exercising. 

Meet James, your Work Right Injury Prevention Specialist!

James earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Illinois State University. Upon graduating in 2010 and 2018, respectively with degrees in kinesiology and recreation, he worked in several settings from traditional outreach, to hospital-based clinics, as well as at the collegiate level.

James has 15 years of experience with high school and college athletes and has just begun his journey in the industrial setting, starting with Work Right in June of 2025. He enjoys working in the yard, golfing, walking his dog, and spending time with his wife and son.
