Meet YOUR Work Right Clinician

Meet Cody, your Work Right Injury Prevention Specialist!

Cody Russell joined Work Right NW as an injury prevention specialist in January 2024. In his role, Cody collaborates with Tractor Supply team members to enhance their physical well-being, promote safe practices, and provide education on injury prevention – helping them stay healthy and perform at their best. When Cody isn’t on site at Tractor Supply, he works with HomeFirst Healthcare and serves as a physical therapist for the Tennessee Army National Guard.

Outside of work, Cody enjoys farming in Simpson Co, running, reading, and studying finance and Bitcoin. Cody and his wife, Kara have four children: Brooks, Charlotte, Anniston, and Leighton.
